Assistant Waiter

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and energetic Assistant Waiter to support our service team in delivering high-quality dining experiences. As a Turkish-speaking team member, you will also help create a warm and culturally familiar atmosphere for our Turkish guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior waiters and captains in setting up tables, serving food, and clearing dishes efficiently
• Ensure all dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service
• Provide quick and friendly assistance to guests, ensuring their comfort at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly communicate any issues to the senior staff
• Assist in explaining menu items and recommending dishes, especially Turkish specialties, when needed
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Uphold the highest hygiene and grooming standards in line with Bebek’s brand values

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B setting
• Basic knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant procedures
• Turkish language fluency is a plus; English communication is a must
• Passionate about hospitality with a team-player attitude
• Well-groomed, polite, and able to work under pressure
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
