About the Role / 职位概述

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the Warehouse Manager in leading daily operations and improving warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and shipping timeliness.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and managing warehouse staff.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and equipment maintenance.
• Utilize WMS and ERP systems for data accuracy and reporting.

Qualifications / 任职要求

Required / 基本要求：

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control.
• Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or warehouse automation systems.

• 熟悉精益生产（Lean）、六西格玛（Six Sigma）或仓储自动化系统者优先。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
