Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Warehouse Stock Controller to support inventory management and warehouse operations. The role involves assisting in maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring material movement, ensuring proper storage practices, and supporting receiving and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
• Support inventory accuracy by cross-checking physical stock with ERP/WMS records.
• Perform spot checks and assist in verifying proper stacking and storage of materials.
• Help maintain records of stock movements, transactions, and inventory reports.
• Assist in receiving local and international shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
• Support documentation handling including LPOs, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
• Assist in labeling, barcode scanning, and maintaining warehouse grid systems.
• Help organize warehouse space to ensure neat, safe, and accessible storage.
• Support packaging, marking, and dispatch of materials as per Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth material handling and flow.
• Assist in discrepancy reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
• Support coordination with logistics providers and courier services when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures, documentation, and stock handling practices.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with barcode systems and labeling processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks when required.

Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,000 per month
