Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and organized Assistant Wedding & Event Manager with experience in floral arrangements and event decoration to support the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and special events. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing weddings and events from concept to completion.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative décor and floral design ideas.
- Design and coordinate floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and event decorations.
- Assist in setting up event venues, including décor, furniture arrangements, and styling elements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, florists, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Monitor event preparations and ensure all details are completed according to client expectations.
- Support the management and coordination of event staff during setup and event operations.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving any issues that arise before, during, or after events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning, wedding coordination, floral design, or a related field within the UAE.
- Knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements, and event décor styling.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A portfolio showcasing previous floral, décor, or event-related work is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
