Assistant Works Manager

• Responsible for a branch
• Ensure prompt response to customer issues
• Ensuring quality of repair work in the workshop
• Minimum vehicle downtime
• Ensure availability of required tools and equipments in the workshop
• Ensure availability of sufficient manpower with requisite skills to attend to customer complaints
• Provide feedback to DICV on vehicle performance, aggregate life and critical failures in the field
• Warranty & Goodwill claim administration in the workshop
• Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers
• Ensure implementation of policies and directions from DICV in the workshop
• Maintain workforce morale and motivation in the workshop
• Identify the training needs of his workshop employees and communicate to DICV
• Implement changes/modifications in workshop based on customer’s feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
