We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Assistant to support day-to-day operations, content production, and client communication. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and being part of a fast-growing creative team.
You’ll help keep schedules running smoothly, assist with content shoots, handle light editing, and serve as a key point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Light Editing:
- Basic video and photo editing (short-form content, trims, simple captions, exports)
- Organizing and managing content files

- Light Shooting:
- Assisting with on-site content shoots
- Capturing basic photo and video content when needed (iPhone or camera)

- Schedule Management:
- Managing calendars, shoot schedules, and deadlines
- Coordinating shoot times with clients and team members

- Client Communication:
- Acting as a point of contact for assigned clients
- Handling basic questions, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Relaying feedback between clients and the internal team

- General Support:
- Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks
- Helping keep projects organized and on track

Qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Comfortable shooting basic photo/video content
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior experience in content creation, social media, or creative operations is a plus (not required)
