Job ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Personal Assistance
- Assist management with daily tasks, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of management
- Organize meetings, prepare notes, and maintain records
Data Entry & Data Management
- Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records
- Prepare and clean data for internal reporting and review
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper formatting of all documents
Google Sheets / Excel Work
- Create and manage spreadsheets for operations, reporting, and planning
- Perform basic to advanced functions, including:
- Pivot tables
- Charts & dashboards
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Data cleaning & validation
- Basic analysis and reporting
Coordination & Office Support
- Help coordinate inter-department communication and workflow
- Support management in planning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Required Skills
- Strong command of Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Good communication abilities (written & spoken)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
- Professional attitude and willingness to take initiative
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, BSc, BA, BCA, or any equivalent degree)
- No prior work experience required
- Training will be provided
