Great Career Opportunity as an Assisted Living Director overseeing operations of an assisted living facility with some of the best residents!
Note - due to MDH licensure, minimum requirements are at least 2 years Long-Term Care/Assisted Living experience including 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role OR AA degree in healthcare/social work with 1 year in long term services with 6 months in a supervisory/managerial role. If you are currently not a licensed Assisted Living Director, you will be required to apply for it upon hire.
This is a Salaried, Full Time, On-Site Position. Wage will be dependent on experience. It includes a full benefit package of health, dental and vision insurance with HSA account, retirement plan, PTO, and other supplement insurances. There is also opportunities for Bonus pay.

As the Assisted Living Director, you will oversee daily operations that involve directing resident’s services, prepping payroll, coordinating admissions/discharges, managing staff schedules, overseeing facility budget, assisting with facility marketing, rotating on-call for site operations and overall staff supervision. Home Front First is owned by Partners Senior Living Options, a property management company that brings with it excellent resources, a Regional Manager and Director of Nurses Services, all key components that help you succeed in your new Director position.
