What You’ll Be Doing:

• Administering Medications. You’ll be responsible for following the 7 Rights of Medication Administration (Right Person, Right Medication, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time, Right Documentation, Right Reason) to ensure our residents get their meds safely and on time.
• Supporting ADLs. You’ll assist residents with daily activities like dressing, bathing, and mobility, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
• EMAR Expertise. Using Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) to track and document medications accurately and timely.
• Weekend Availability. This position requires working weekends, so you’ll be there to ensure our residents get the best care no matter the day of the week.
