Assisted Living Med Tech / Resident Caregiver

Legacy Village of Salt River in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a full-time or part-time Med Tech/Resident Caregiver to support our assisted living team. This role exists to ensure residents receive safe, timely medication support while feeling respected and cared for.

Your Shift Rhythm

As a Med Tech, you’ll start by getting organized for your shift and connecting with residents in a calm, friendly way—building trust as you go. You’ll move through the day with a steady routine, balancing focused moments of medication support with genuine conversation that helps residents feel at ease.

Key responsibilities include administering medications by written directions, completing accurate medication documentation, assisting with minor treatments, and responding promptly to falls or other health concerns.

Shifts are available days (6:00 am–2:00 pm), evenings (2:00 pm–10:00 pm), or nights (10:00 pm–6:00 am), giving you options that fit a healthy work/life balance.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Arizona State Caregiver Certification (required)
• Willingness to work caregiver shifts as needed
• Service-oriented, detail-focused, responsive, and supportive of teammates
