Assoc. Identity Access Admin - Help Desk

An entry-level administrator with recognized experience in IAM Technology processes and solutions across multiple applications.

This position is based in Fort Lauderdale with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Core Responsibilities

  • Participates in the daily operational tasks assigned to the IAM provisioning team and incident resolution for all end users.
  • Stays abreast of industry standards, AutoNation processes and emerging technologies to understand their impact and how they can be best leveraged within the organization and technology landscape.
  • Plays a supporting role in all IAM provisioning on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assists with user access reviews and reporting for business partners and related to internal processes.
  • Provides IAM support to project teams in their area of expertise and/or supports teams to complete projects.
  • Understands and communicates the benefits of adhering to IAM security standards.
  • Assists with documenting, maintaining, communicating IAM security processes and standards.
  • Primary focus is day to day request processing within documented SLA to ensure no negative business impact.
  • Serves as an IAM security process resource for all domains to business partners and technology teams.
  • Demonstrates some expertise in relevant IAM security programs and standards currently set forth by AutoNation.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the current application provisioning and deprovisioning including the inter-operability of technologies in reference to security standards and risk.
  • Works independently in day-to-day operational tasks and provides guidance within their technical area, applying in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 1- 3+ years of relevant experience within IAM disciplines and a BS in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience. Current/relevant certifications preferred.
