We have 40 consultants in our Legal Practice who specialise in placing lawyers in the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Ireland, Caribbean, Channel Islands, US and in the UK. We have expertise in placing lawyers in house and in private practice on a permanent basis.

We are growing our Hydrogen in-house offering in the Middle East and have an exciting new opportunity in Abu Dhabi: Associate Director (Legal) - Investment Funds. Location: UAE. Experience: 10+ years. We are supporting a leading investment platform that is expanding its legal team and seeking an Associate Director. This role sits within a growing private markets environment and will focus on fund formation, regulatory matters, and transactional support across a broad range of investment strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ years' experience in investment funds.
• Background in a top tier law firm or asset / investment manager.
• Strong knowledge of fund formation, securities regulations, and cross border compliance.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast paced, evolving environment.
