Job Description :

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, university career centers/ Campus
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates & Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural and provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
Conduct talent mapping in the market to identify key firms and top-tier legal professionals & build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates.

Minimum Criteria :

2 to 6 years of experience in the field of recruitment
