Özok Law Office is seeking a Senior Associate to join our expanding team. You will work directly with partners on complex cross-border matters across Capital Markets, Banking & Finance and Corporate/M&A.

What We Expect

– 2–8 years’ post-qualification experience

– Strong transactional background and client-facing capability

– Ability to manage deals independently while coordinating with partners and junior lawyers

– Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills

– Professional proficiency in English (TOEFL 105+ / IELTS 7.0+)
