RSP (India), incorporated in Bangalore in 1996, is one of the country’s leading design consultancies. Our diverse portfolio spans IT parks and campuses, commercial and retail spaces, residential developments, healthcare facilities, hospitality projects, SEZs, industrial parks, institutional buildings, master planning, infrastructure planning, and integrated townships.

At RSP, our design philosophy is rooted in creating buildings that inspire, engage, and endure. With over seven studios and a team of more than 600 professionals, we have contributed to many of the region’s most renowned commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Who We Are Looking For

We are a young, dynamic, and passionate design team within RSP, focused on master planning and architectural design for large-scale IT campus developments. Over the past few years, we have managed multiple projects from conceptualisation to completion and handover for both corporate clients and developers.

We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable professional who can lead design development and coordinate projects effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, documenting, coordinating, and executing projects, with the ability to manage drawing production and collaborate with internal and external teams. Proficiency in BIM coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets is essential, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality documentation and project outputs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 8 to 15 years of experience with proven expertise in design, collaboration, and project coordination on BIM platforms.

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) – preferred
• Experience in building design using Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Strong background in design development and detailing for large-scale commercial and residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit Architecture , and working knowledge of SketchUp , Photoshop , etc.
• Experience in Autodesk Navisworks for coordination and clash detection (added advantage).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Ability to ensure timely delivery of project milestones .
• Strong QA/QC capabilities and attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Ability to identify project issues, take ownership, and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
