Associate – Job Specification

There is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, Accounting and Finance Graduate / ACCA part qualified / fully qualified Accountant looking to take their next step with a London based Accountancy practice.

We are an experienced firm of Accountants, Business Advisors, and Tax Planners who focus our accountancy and business skills specifically on small and medium-sized businesses. We are an expanding firm and to facilitate our growth we have recently opened a back office in Karachi.

We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant to work in our new back office in Karachi. You will be responsible for preparing book keeping, Payroll and VAT returns for businesses and individuals in the United Kingdom. We require a motivated individual who is looking to grow with the firm.

· Process payroll for clients

· Bookkeeping using cloud software solutions - Xero and QB.

· Preparation of Management accounts.

· Communicating with clients via email.

· Building a team to provide services in an efficient and timely manner. Software knowledge requirement:

Skills:

Should have good verbal and written communication skills, planning and organisation skills, listens to and understands clients (both internal and external) and anticipates clients’ needs; gives a high priority to client satisfaction. Meeting strict deadline.
