We Are Looking for an Attorney to Join Our Data Protection and Regulatory Practice Team:

As Bozoğlu İzgi Attorneys at Law, we provide strategic legal advisory services to our national and international clients, primarily in the field of personal data protection law as well as various regulation-based practice areas. Our client portfolio consists of multinational and local companies operating across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, energy, insurance, food, direct sales, information technologies, media, e-commerce, and automotive.

Our Data Protection and Privacy practice operates in close integration with the firm’s other practice areas and offers team members a dynamic professional environment that supports multidimensional development, knowledge sharing, and mentorship by senior attorneys.

📌 Position: Attorney at Law – Data Protection and Regulatory Team

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• At least 3–4 years of experience in Turkish Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698) and relevant secondary legislation, with the ability to manage projects under the supervision of senior attorneys,
• Prior involvement in at least 10 end-to-end data protection compliance projects,
• Hands-on experience in contract drafting, interpretation, and negotiation processes (minimum 3–4 years),
• Previous experience working with multinational companies or internationally oriented law firms is preferred,
• Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical thinking skills,
• Proven ability in time management and task prioritization,
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,
