Position: Associate Lawyer

Practice Experience: 2-4 Years (Post Qualification Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will work on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Litigation and dispute resolution in civil, consumer, and commercial matters.

• Criminal law matters, including bail applications, defense, and liaisoning with law enforcement agencies.

• Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Providing advisory services in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.

• Handling family law disputes, intellectual property issues, and environmental law compliance.

Eligibility:

• Must be a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of the respective state.

• 1-4 years of PQE in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.

• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
