Join Our Corporate and M&A Team – Associate

ASC Law is looking for a talented Associate to join our Corporate and M&A Department . Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm or a distinguished multinational corporation.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with senior team members and advise clients on corporate matters, focusing on:

Mergers & Acquisitions (including cross-border and regulated transactions)

General Corporate Advisory , governance, and corporate structuring

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential for this role.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Corporate and/or M&A transactions

Excellent drafting and research skills

Strong organizational abilities and effective time management

Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 or above preferred)

A collaborative and motivated team player eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
