Join Our Contracts Law Team – Associate

ASC Law is looking for a skilled Associate to join our Contracts Law Department.

Candidates should have a min of 3 years of post-qualification experience, gained at a reputable international or domestic law firm, or a distinguished multinational corporation.

Responsibilities

Actively take part in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various contracts, particularly lease, construction, procurement, and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department
• In-depth knowledge of Contract Law, with particular experience in lease, construction, procurement, and service agreements
• Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts
• Excellent command of English, with strong legal drafting and reviewing skills
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• A collaborative mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand professional environment
• Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.5 or above)
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic and challenging setting
