Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associates and Article Assistant to join our firm. In this role, you will work closely with senior associates and partners, assisting across a wide spectrum of legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for professional development and hands-on exposure to diverse legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.

• Assist in legal research, case preparation, and analysis.

• Liaise with clients, external counsels, and other stakeholders.

• Support senior team members in litigation, corporate, and advisory matters.

• Manage tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient drafting and legal research abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and within a team.

• Familiarity with MS Office, legal databases, and online research tools is an advantage.

• Prior experience in corporate law, litigation, banking, or intellectual property law is preferred.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and adapting to evolving legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
