The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 3+ years' experience in Litigation.
• Manage various litigation cases - general liability, insurance defense, premises liability, and civil litigation matters.
• Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
• Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Arizona.
