Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our dynamic team in the vibrant commercial real estate sector. Located in the heart of the industry, this role is pivotal in helping clients navigate their property needs while contributing to our mission of excellence and integrity. This position offers direct exposure to all facets of the brokerage business; the Associate will support various aspects of commercial real estate operations, including property research, client relationship management, transaction coordination, market analysis, and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver top-tier service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate, leadership, and or finance.
  • Ambition, drive and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strength in leadership on teams.
  • Prior sales experience or a passion for business to business sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail are essential.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to facilitate property transactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Assisting in Preparing marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
  • Assist clients with property management inquiries and solutions.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and market trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
