Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for handling the corporate legal function of the company, with a strong focus on non-litigation legal work.

Required Skill Sets
  • 2–3 years of experience in a legal non-litigation role (mandatory).
(Profiles with only litigation experience will not be considered.)

LL.B.
from a recognized university (mandatory).
LL.M. from a reputed domestic or foreign institution (preferred).
Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations related to lending.

  • Preferred Traits:

Knowledge of FinTech and NBFC regulatory frameworks.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accuracy and deliver consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, vet, and negotiate a variety of agreements including:
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Leave & License Agreements
Lease Agreements
Referral Agreements

  • Draft and vet terms & conditions, policies, and process notes across multiple company products.
  • Analyze legal issues related to statutory and regulatory risks and provide actionable recommendations to business teams.
  • Monitor changes in legislative and regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance through timely action and communication.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external legal counsel as required.
