About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating insights into intuitive design solutions, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights
- Translate user needs and business goals into flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Create clean and intuitive UI layouts aligned with design best practices
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine and implement designs
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
- Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in UX design or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX-focused projects
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of design principles, user flows, and information architecture
- Experience conducting research and usability testing
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML/CSS) for better design-dev collaboration
- Experience with design systems
- Motion design / micro-interactions understanding
- Experience in an agile environment
