Role Description

digitalfarm is looking for an Associate Account Director who can lead client groups and teams to successfully plan and deliver services in one or more of our core service areas.

A key objective of the Associate Account Director is to assist the Group Client Operations Director and Board of Directors in further growing digitalfarm, while helping to build a team capable of continually progressing the organization.

The Associate Account Director must be prepared to take on a large capacity of work, be a seasoned professional in the digital marketing industry, and be prepared to go further than any other member of the digitalfarm team to get the job done. .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team management

• Client management

• RFP responses

• Social media strategy development

• Lead team meetings

• Report to the MD

• Concept and campaign planning

• Copywriting English/Arabic

• Calendar development

• Team training (social media)

• Quality control (social media)

• Social media team development

• Social media team evaluation

• Social media team performance monitoring

• Social media team traffic management

• Any other related tasks as requested by Directors

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage client relationships
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytical tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Arabic language skills are highly desirable
