Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our accounting team with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with numbers, and committed to accuracy and confidentiality.
Duties
- Process vendor invoices, verity accuracy, match purchase orders, and other financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Process customer invoices in a timely manner, record payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain organized accounting records, files, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with other accounts payable and receivable tasks. Reconcile statements, verify entries, and help resolve discrepancies.

- Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Support month-end reporting and other general accounting duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills with clear, professional interaction with vendors, customers and internal departments.
- Ability to work within multiple systems effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
