ROLE: Associate (Accounts & Finance)

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Assistant Manager- Accounts & Finance and working with staff within team and cross functional team.

The Associate (Accounts & Finance) is responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team. This includes tasks such as processing invoices and payments, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, assisting with audits

Responsibilities:

· Process invoices and payments, including entering data into accounting software, reconciling accounts, and issuing payments.

· Maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.

· Prepare reports, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

· Assist with audits, including gathering documents, answering questions, and preparing reports.

· Provide customer service to internal and external customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance.

· Knowledge of TDS and GST.

Skill set and other Requirements:

· Qualification Required: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· At least 3 years of total work experience

· Proficiency in accounting software (ERP).

· Ability to work well in teams

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Location: Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
