Associate Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Accounts & Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting entries, and a willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in maintaining books of accounts and recording daily transactions

· Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

· Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and invoices

· Assist in bank reconciliation statements

· Support month-end and year-end closing processes

· Help in preparing financial reports and MIS

· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

· Assist in GST/TDS data preparation and basic compliance work

· Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

Requirements

· Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)

· 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles

· Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)

· Proficiency in MS Excel

· Good analytical and numerical skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication and teamwork skills

TekHQS is the Employer of Record. You will be a full-time TekHQS employee, 100% dedicated to the LoadStop Marketing Team, working remotely or from our Lahore center to drive product marketing, go-to-market strategies, content, campaigns, and customer enablement for the LoadStop TMS platform.
