Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation and Representation:

Represent clients before Civil Courts, District Courts, High Courts, tribunals, and other authorities in civil cases.

  • Case Preparation:

Conduct legal research, collect evidence, examine documents, and prepare case files for hearings.

  • Drafting and Pleadings:

Draft and review civil pleadings such as plaints, written statements, replies, affidavits, petitions, applications, and notices.

  • Legal Documentation:

Draft, vet, and finalize agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, indemnity bonds, wills, and other civil documents.

  • Property and Land Matters:

Handle cases related to land disputes, title verification, property transfers, and tenancy issues.

  • Contractual and Commercial Issues:

Advise on contractual disputes, breach of contract, recovery of money, and other civil liabilities.

  • Legal Research and Advisory:

Research statutes, case laws, and precedents to prepare strong arguments and written submissions.

  • Court Appearances:

Attend court hearings, file documents, examine witnesses, and argue cases before the judge.

  • Case Tracking and Documentation:

Maintain proper records of case progress, hearing dates, and filing deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
