Requirements:

• Law degree (LL.B or equivalent)
• Prior experience in property-related laws, title verification, and approvals
• Strong understanding of land records, encumbrance certificates, and due diligence processes
• Excellent command of English and working knowledge of Tamil (mandatory)
• Ability to analyze, draft, and review legal documents with precision
