We are currently seeking Associate and Lead teachers who are professional, dependable, and lifelong learners. Located in Franklin at the Bessie Rowell Community Center, we pride ourselves on a culture of honesty and inclusion.​

Key Responsibilities:​

-Implement engaging curriculum through various teaching methods.​

-Assess child development and maintain strong parent communication.​

-Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, physical, and nurturing environment.​

-Professionalism: Mature work ethic and strong communication skills.​

-Reliability: Dependable attendance is a must.​

-Compliance: Must pass state-required physicals and background checks.​

-Passion: A genuine desire to be a positive role model for children.​

Benefits:
