Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard as a member of our close-knit team.

The associate attorney will take on significant responsibility early, including direct client contact and courtroom appearances, with mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned criminal defense and personal injury cases with attorney oversight

Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and proceedings

Conduct legal research and author memoranda of law

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters

Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

Assist with trial preparation, investigations, and strategy

Contribute to firm operations and case management in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.

Licensed in Connecticut. New York admission a plus.

0–3 years of practice experience.

Strong initiative, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.

Comfortable taking responsibility and learning through hands-on experience.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience in criminal and/or personal injury cases.

Language

English language required. Spanish language preferred but not required.

What We Offer

Competitive salary based on experience. The starting salary range is $90,000 - $110,000.
