Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

We are a client-focused personal injury firm dedicated to “putting the PERSONAL back into personal injury litigation.” We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team and take ownership of cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing all phases of personal injury matters, including:

• Conducting initial client interviews and building strong client relationships
• Acquiring and reviewing pre-litigation records and documents
• Drafting and filing Complaints, Motions, and Petitions
• Developing and executing a comprehensive discovery plan
• Preparing for and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Litigating compulsory arbitration and trial-level cases

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• An attorney with 2 - 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Comfortable in the courtroom and confident speaking in public
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong case-management skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Self-motivated and eager to grow with a supportive, client-driven team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
