Blackhill Law is expanding. We’re a specialized private fund formation firm that has successfully launched 250+ investment funds, SPVs, and SPEs using our proven 2-8 week process. We’re looking for our second attorney to join our founder and help scale this growing practice.

The Role

• Full training provided - You’ll learn our proven systems and specialized practice area
• Hybrid position - Flexibility to work remotely and in-office as needed
• Performance-based compensation - Your earnings are directly tied to the revenue you generate (anticipated $100k-$150k+ first year, with unlimited upside potential)

What You’ll Learn

• Private placement memorandums and fund documentation with meticulous attention to detail
• Securities law compliance (federal and state)
• Fund structuring and tax considerations
• Advanced document production using both Microsoft Word and sophisticated typesetting software
• AI integration and modern legal technology workflows
• Client relationship management that transforms professional relationships
• Business development in a niche practice area

Requirements

• JD and active bar admission
• 0-3 years experience (we’ll train the right person)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to embrace new technologies - We actively integrate AI and advanced tools into our practice
• Adaptability with document production software - While we use Word extensively, you’ll also learn advanced typesetting platforms for complex document formatting
• Willingness to invest in continuous learning and professional development
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you’ll be building this with us
