Associate Attorney – Collections
Location: Pompano Beach, FL

A well-established collection law firm in Pompano Beach is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. This role requires regular court appearances, oversight of legal work prepared by staff, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court on a weekly basis.
• Conduct thorough and meaningful review of all legal matters prepared by non-attorney staff.
• Manage and prioritize a large caseload while meeting deadlines.
• Provide detailed and organized legal analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in case handling.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience (collections or litigation preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
