Boyd & Jenerette is seeking dedicated and driven Associate Attorney to join our team. Location & Commitments:

• Practice Area / Department: Coverage & Bad Faith
• Status: Full-Time / Exempt
• Work Location: Fully Remote / Hybrid / In-Office options available for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Competencies:

• Florida Bar Admission
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Must meet billing goal expectations.
