Associate Attorney

About Us:
MudBots is a leading innovator in 3D concrete printing technology, specializing in advanced construction solutions. We are expanding our legal team and seeking a detail-oriented Associate Attorney to support ongoing legal matters and provide guidance on contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.

Position Summary:
The Associate Attorney will work closely with our leadership team and outside counsel to handle a variety of legal matters including contracts, litigation support, compliance, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide written analysis on various issues
• Assist with litigation preparation, filings, and discovery
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide legal guidance to management and internal departments
• Support corporate governance, risk management, and business operations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Michigan (required)
• 1–3 years of legal experience preferred (newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
