Associate Attorney

A boutique family law firm located in Encino is seeking a full-time associate attorney with family law experience. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of family law matters, including property division, child custody, and child and spousal support.

Candidates must be capable of independently handling court appearances and should have experience with complex legal research, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to effectively manage all aspects of discovery. The role also requires experience attending and taking depositions, as well as preparing forms and drafting pleadings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• At least five years of family law experience
