Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundation in various areas of law, including Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Trust and Estates, and Employment Law. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, accelerated partnership track, and the chance to work on diverse legal matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys.

This is an in-office position in Worcester, MA.

What you will do

· Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.

· Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and contracts with precision and attention to detail.

· Provide legal advice and representation to clients in areas such as Business and Commercial Litigation, Employment law, Real Estate law, and Trusts and Estates law.

· Attend court hearings and client meetings to advocate for clients' interests effectively.

· Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases while managing a caseload independently.

· Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas to ensure compliance and provide accurate counsel.

· Assist in the development of case strategies and participate in negotiations on behalf of clients.

What you bring to the team

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

· Active Admission to the Massachusetts bar

· 1-3 years’ legal experience

· Strong research skills with proficiency in Westlaw

· Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents

· Knowledge or experience in Civil Litigation. Some experience in business, real estate, trust or employment law is preferred but not mandatory

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities effectively

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000 per year
