Associate Attorney Position (Oakland/Macomb County)

Sumner & Associates, P.C., a well-established boutique law firm in Rochester Hills with additional offices in Oakland and Macomb Counties, is expanding our team. We are seeking a new Associate Attorney (0–3 years of experience) who is eager to work in:

• Divorce & Family Law (motions, hearings, settlement negotiations)
• Estate Planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, funding)
• Probate & Trust Administration (EPIC filings, court hearings, administration)

Who we’re looking for:

• Law graduates who sat for the July 2025 bar exam (waiting on results)
• Newly licensed attorneys (less than 3 years admitted) with demonstrated interest or experience in divorce, estate planning, and/or probate law

Salary & Compensation:

Based upon experience and billable hours collected. Includes: Salary, Retirement Benefits, Medical Benefits.
