About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Northeastern Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, designed for a professional who is passionate about the practice of law, brings solid litigation experience, and has demonstrated proficiency in at least one or more practice areas: corporate law, real estate law, estate planning, or contract law.

You’ll handle matters from intake through resolution, including trial when necessary. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

● Provide strategic legal guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

● Participate in firm development through exceptional client service and optional client generation.

Qualifications:

● Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required)

● Reside in Northeastern Pennsylvania

● Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience

● Proven ability to take cases through trial

● Strong legal research and writing skills

● Ability to work independently and manage cases start to finish
