Senior Associate Attorney

Collins & Lacy, P.C., a leader in South Carolina’s civil defense landscape, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 3 or more years of litigation experience to join our team of talented legal professionals in our Charleston office. This is your opportunity to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact. ($110,000-$130,000) BONUS ELIGIBLE (SC License Required. NC License a plus)

Who You Are:
You’re an experienced litigator ready to make a bigger impact and lead. Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • 3 Or More Years of Litigation Experience (civil defense preferred).
  • Licensed to practice in South Carolina courts. NC License a bonus!
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently, including direct client interaction and strategic planning.
  • Strong writing, advocacy, and courtroom skills that demonstrate confidence and competence.
  • A client-focused approach with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Leadership skills and a desire to mentor junior attorneys while building a professional legacy.
Extra Credit For:
• Clerkship experience (state or federal).
  • Experience in retail/hospitality, trucking, construction, or insurance coverage law.
  • Former military, prosecutor, or public defender with substantial courtroom experience.
  • NC License
