Associate Attorney

Our litigation and trial law firm that specializes in defense and plaintiff tort law is looking for a litigation associate attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience to service our growing practice. This is a full-time, in-office position in Wayne, PA.

We are headquartered in the Philadelphia suburbs of Wayne, PA (within minutes of King of Prussia Mall) with offices in Maryland and New Jersey. We are an outgrowth of an international law firm. The associate attorney must be admitted in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and have litigated in New Jersey. The attorney should have experience in the civil discovery process and pretrial/trial work is a bonus. The attorney should also be able to occasionally undertake air travel for cases. The nature of the defense cases include truck accident, premises liability, and product liability.

While this is an in-office position in our headquarters office in Wayne, PA, the attorney will handle a substantial number of New Jersey cases, as well as national defense cases. There is an opportunity for the attorney to also handle plaintiff files in our firm’s hybrid practice in Pennsylvania.

Qualities for the position include that the attorney is motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic and enthusiasm. Proficiency in MS Office applications required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
