Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, and family law. Duties
As an Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and litigation across various practice areas including landlord-tenant law, personal injury law, securities law, and workers' compensation law.
  • Advising clients on legal rights and obligations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases involving tribal law and regulations or patent law.
  • Maintaining organized case files and documentation within the law office to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Engaging in client consultations to gather information and provide legal guidance tailored to individual circumstances.

Experience
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar association.
  • Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred, with familiarity in multiple practice areas such as litigation, estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, and more being highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent writing skills for effective legal drafting.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
