Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. This role involves handling a broad range of criminal defense matters. The ideal candidate is passionate about criminal law, confident in the courtroom, and dedicated to advocating for clients facing difficult challenges. They are willing to learn as they grow with our firm and are always up to face new challenges daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal defense matters from arraignment through trial and post-conviction.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare trial strategies.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.
• Advise clients on case status, risks, and potential outcomes.
• Work closely with senior attorney on complex cases.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines.
• Participate in plea negotiations and sentencing advocacy.
• Answer potential client calls and assist in retaining

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar (or pending admission).
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
