Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney located in Denver, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility. This specific open position is for the side of the firm focused on construction litigation. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, developing case strategies, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Day-to-day tasks will involve detailed preparation and supporting senior attorneys in complex cases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in providing Legal Advice
• Advanced capabilities in Research
• Effective Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the Colorado Bar (or those who recently passed the bar exam and are still pending admission)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
