Associate Attorney

Labor & Employment Associate – Woodland Hills, CA or Downtown L.A. (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join a highly regarded national law firm’s Woodland Hills, CA office or the Downtown L.A. office. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a wide range of employment and commercial litigation matters involving sophisticated clients and emerging legal issues.

About the Role

Salary Range: $170,000 – $260,000 (commensurate with experience)

You’ll join a collaborative practice group handling matters such as:

• Single-plaintiff FEHA litigation
• Wage & hour and PAGA claims
• Class action defense
• Commercial and privacy litigation

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of civil or employment litigation experience (labor & employment preferred)
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Experience with wage & hour or PAGA matters is a plus
