Associate Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to estate planning, matrimonial law, and family law. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to conduct thorough legal research. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with clients to provide legal advice and representation while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel to clients in diverse practice areas.
• Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in negotiations and litigation proceedings as necessary.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office environment.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in client meetings to discuss case strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients’ cases.

1 Year experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
