Associate Attorney

Church, Page & Gailan is ready to expand and add a new team member excited to work into a new position! We are a firm with offices throughout Eastern Washington, working on personal injury cases. We are looking for an associate attorney who is a great team member and is ready to take on some exciting challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings and review responses to discovery requests
• Provide litigation support to managing attorney
• Manage paralegal workflow and supervise task completion
• Negotiate with insurance carriers
• Conduct legal research
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school or completion of Rule 6 Intern program (or equivalent)
• Admitted to practice law in Washington (or able to become admitted)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in personal injury preferred but not necessary
